Milestone for myself

Today marks a huge milestone. I have dropped 5 more pounds in 2 weeks just from eating healthy and working out. I have taken time to care for myself and feed my family healthy foods. It is paying off majorly. 
 It took a very long time to mentally figure out how to cook healthy and tasty meals. Thanks to the lovely gardening season, I have been able to experiment with many vegetables and create meals that everyone is eating. Don't worry, I still have cheat days. Life wouldn't be fun if we didn't get to enjoy some junk 😜.
